The award of the “Entreprise Citoyenne TM” label is based on prior certification to ISO 9001 – quality management system – and ISO 14001 – environmental management system standards. It also requires to meet a selection of ISO 26’000 requirements and 11 complementary criteria specific to corporate citizenship, such as governance, social, human resources, health and safety at work, environment, progress and innovation, suppliers and partnerships, infrastructure, continuous improvement, as well as identity and communication.
